Course selection
Does my child need any prior coding experience?
No. Our curriculum has courses for both beginner and advanced students, so all kids are welcome.
My child has learnt coding before. Does he or she need to take it again?
It depends on proficiency and the course your child is interested in. New students take our TQ test so we can identify their level before recommending suitable courses.
What course should we sign up for?
It depends on your child's proficiency, any prior coding experience and their age. We have a recommended tech learning roadmap for a comprehensive tech education.
My child is below the minimum age stated on your website. Can we still sign up?
The age group on our site is a guideline, not a strict requirement. Some exceptions can be made based on the child's coding experience. Chat with us for a more accurate, personalised suggestion.

Scheduling
The class I am interested in is already full. Can I still sign up?
We try not to disappoint kids who want to join. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
How many students are required for a class to be confirmed?
For online classes we can begin once 2 students sign up. For classroom (offline) classes we start with a minimum of 4 students. We keep class sizes below 8 for the best learning experience.
What happens if the class does not meet the minimum requirements?
We notify parents or guardians 7 days before the class starts and suggest an alternative schedule. We reserve the right to cancel a class 7 days before it starts if sign-ups are below the minimum, in which case the course fee paid is refunded in full.
I am interested to sign up, but no available schedule works for us.
We would love to find a schedule that works. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will try to arrange a class that is convenient.
The class my child is interested in has already started. Can my child still join?
Yes. Our classes emphasise project-based learning, so we treat every student as if they are joining for the first time. They learn the fundamentals and complete an outcome by the end of each class. Sign up for a trial class if you have any concern.

Course preparation & logistics
What does my child need to bring?
Please pack a small snack and a jacket in case the room gets cold. All materials and learning kits, including laptops, are provided by Agmo Junior for use in class.
Do the kids take the kits home?
Unless otherwise specified, kits are for in-class use only. If we have enough inventory we may be able to sell kits to you, or we can suggest where to buy them online.
What time can I drop off and pick up my child?
You can drop your child off 15 minutes before class starts and pick them up within 15 minutes after class ends.
My child just finished a course and would like to continue. Which course comes next?
We are happy to recommend a course that fits your child's tech learning path. Contact us via WhatsApp or talk to your child's teacher.

Where are your classes held?
We have two learning modes. Online classes run on Zoom, and classroom classes are held at partner schools and centres. Contact us on WhatsApp for the latest locations.
What are your operating hours and how do we contact you?
Our main office at Level 39, MYEG Tower is open from 10am to 7pm on weekdays. To visit our classrooms and speak to someone there, we recommend scheduling an appointment via WhatsApp or by giving us a call.
