This notice explains how Agmo Academy Sdn Bhd (202201041815 (1487512-U)) ("Agmo Academy", "we", "us"), of Level 38, MYEG Tower, Empire City Damansara, Jalan PJU 8, Damansara Perdana, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, handles personal data collected through agmoacademy.com, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, company name, your message, and the page of our site you were on before reaching the form (so we know which program you are asking about).
- WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address and anything you choose to send us.
- Site usage: through Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, clicks on WhatsApp and email links, approximate location, browser and device type. This uses cookies and similar identifiers.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide quotations for our training programs.
- To register and administer participants, including supporting HRD Corp claims when your employer asks us to.
- To send information about programs and events, where you have asked us to or agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: Agmo Holdings Berhad and its group companies where needed to serve your enquiry; service providers who process data on our behalf — Formspree (enquiry form handling) and Google (analytics) — and WhatsApp when you message us there; HRD Corp, for claims you have asked us to support; and government or regulatory authorities where the law requires.
Transfers outside Malaysia
Formspree and Google process data on servers that may be outside Malaysia. By submitting the form or using the site you agree to this, and we take reasonable steps to ensure these providers protect your data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
