On 24 and 25 September 2026 (Thursday and Friday), Agmo Academy ran Batch 8 of its Claude workshop at iSpace in Kuala Lumpur. The two-day, instructor-led program prepares participants for Anthropic's official certification, and this batch covered the Claude Certified Associate (CCAO-F) non-technical track.
What the two days cover
The non-technical track is built for business leaders and teams who use Claude in their own work, with no coding. Day 1 covers Claude and Anthropic, platform and model foundations, prompting and task execution, evaluating and validating output, and workflow integration. Day 2 covers configuration and knowledge management, building your own Claude project, governance, risk and responsible use, troubleshooting, and an exam guide with a mock exam.
Who was in the room
The registration list for Batch 8 shows 23 participants from about 12 organisations. All of them were on the non-technical CCAO-F track. 14 of the 23 hold C-suite, owner, director or head-of-department roles, and 5 more are managers.
