From 12 to 14 August 2026, Agmo Academy ran the AI Forward CXO Masterclass at Zetrix Tower, together with WEKAH Academy. It is an intensive, three-day practical program for business leaders who want to stop watching AI from the sidelines and start using it themselves.
The cohort welcomed 24 founders and their core executives from Penang, Sitiawan, Johor and the Klang Valley, spanning F&B, education, automotive, engineering, logistics and more. Sitting founders and their leadership teams in the same room is deliberate: AI decisions only stick when the people who set direction and the people who execute it learn together.
Three days, one transformation journey
- Day 1 — Personal Mastery. Mastering core AI tools to lift personal productivity and build AI leadership.
- Day 2 — Organizational Strategy. Breaking through business bottlenecks and shaping a cross-departmental framework for putting AI to work.
- Day 3 — Build & Execute. Every business owner and executive team completed a board-ready 90-Day AI Transformation Action Plan on site and presented it in a pitch.
CXO AI Club dinner
Beyond the workshop, participants joined the CXO AI Club dinner. Datuk Anna Teo, known as the “Musang King Queen”, shared how she used Lark to drive AI transformation in her company. Simon, a Lark Pre-Sales Specialist who flew in from Singapore, followed with a walk-through of practical digital-tool workflows.

As described on our program page, the AI Forward CXO Program is built around a working output rather than slides: a 90-day plan with board-level KPIs, an AI investment decision checklist, an AI usage policy handbook and one year of CXO AI Club membership.
